Over the years, we have had the privilege of evolving into a global leader in tourism policy, destination planning, and strategic communications. Our time as an Affiliate Member of the esteemed World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) from 2009 to 2020, and my honour to serve as Regional Vice President on the UNWTO Affiliates Board, provided invaluable opportunities to collaborate on a global scale and champion the unique potential of East Asia and the Pacific.
